Michigan Broadband Services

We have had service for over a month and not a glitch. Customer service rep, Jamie answered all of my questions and wasn't pushy at all. Our installer was great, asking exactly where we would like our box outside the house. I would highly recommend.

Internet out since Wednesday at 11 am. No storm, beautiful sunny days. No one can or will tell me what the problem is. I regret switching to this company

Our Internet service has been out for over eight days. We spoke with Carol at Michigan Broadband today, she seemed disinterested at best. When I ask how long before a technician could come out she stated that they do not tell her when they are coming or when they will contact us. We operate our business from our home and Internet is necessary, not just a convenience. we have been loyal customers for years and In the past Michigan Broadband has been responsive and helpful when we have had service issues. We are not sure if something has changed with this company, but it certainly seems as if it may be time to look for a new provider.

Router and service was installed quickly, wire from road to my house laid across driveway for weeks. Multiple calls later was fixed. Got a shut off notice, unfortunately they had never sent a bill. Can't register on their website to pay the bill. Internet service okay, but the rest of this is not worth the hassle. Wish I never started.

Michigan Broadband is one of the best top internet providers I’ve gone through. They’ve gone above and beyond to make sure our service works in a rural area. Their customer service is outstanding and you always get to talk to a real person. They’re quick to respond to any services we need, and they’re very professional! Extremely impressed with their service! :)
